Originally established in 1984, Michael James Insurance and Property Services has specialised for many years in the insurance of the caring industries, including residential care homes for the elderly, homes for people with learning difficulties, mental health homes and domicilliary carers, and now has many clients in these businesses throughout the country.

In addition, the company provides a full range of general insurance products to all clients, including Commercial Property and Liability, Commercial Motor, Travel, Motor Fleet, Personal Motor and Home insurance. Our well established connections with underwriters and our modern computer systems ensure that all clients receive the best advice and quotations for their particular circumstances.

Michael James Insurance and Property Services was founded by two partners, Ian Andrew and Michael Allbutt, who have always been involved in the day to day business activities and contact with their clients in order to provide a personal service. With effect from 01/07/2008 Michael James Insurance and Property Services became a Limited Liability Partnership.
